Thanks a lot,this is really useful.its excellent,Great job. As nowdays everyone mails cv to the companies so while sending the mail, should we write such a covering letter in mail or it should be in short. Can you tell me ,which is the right format while mailing cv or same covering letter has to be forwarded?

Dear Sanam,
A cover letter is normally for postal mails & electronic mails. You shall attach the cover letter or cut paste it while sending an e-mail to the employer.. ;)

Advisable to post your contribution in the regular format (word/ppt/flash..). Its not opening.
