How Would You Structure a 'College to Corporate' Module for New Grads and MBA Students?

We are preparing a module for new employees who have just graduated from college, and I also wish to present this to students pursuing an MBA. The name of the module is 'College to Corporate.' Can you all please help me form the skeleton of the module? What should be the focus? I am waiting for lots of inputs from you soon.
