we are preparing a module for new employees who have just passed out from college.. and i also wish to present this students persuing mba.
the name of the module is 'college to corporate'
can you all plz help me form the skeleton of the module.
what shud be the focus ?

i am working as a management trainee. i am from nasik, maharashtra.
My job entails more of training and development under the guidance of my senior.
Includes mapping competencies, identifying needs, preparing training modules, delivering behavioral trainings and so on.
rite now my focus is delivering training to mid level management.
