Seeking Advice on Courses to Specialize in Facility Management Skills Upgrade

I am Chandrashekar, working in a software firm as a Facility Manager, and I am looking to specialize in facility management to upgrade my skills. I need advice regarding the course which I can take up.

I am also working with a Facility Management Company and, as per my knowledge, mostly, individuals with a B.E. in Electrical Engineering are the people most frequently given references and are highly paid. Then, some other housekeeping staff are also considered after years of service.

Secondly, there is no professional course for facility managers in India.
