Thanks for telling me about the bonus amendment. According to this, I come to know the bonus should be given to the employees whose basic salary comes under INR 10,000 i.e. if the employee's basic salary is 3,500 then the bonus should be calculated according to his basic salary. Is this correct even if his salary is 10,000, should the bonus be calculated based on 3,500?
Now, I want to know the new amendment recently done in Haryana on basic salary. What is the minimum wage according to that? Is there any possibility to give the breakup in minimum wages? For example, if anyone has a minimum wage of 4,215, can this amount be split? If yes, please tell me how?
