But u shd decide scope of the reseach....
lecturer but from which field - engineering Colleges, Management colleges,
Degree colleges like bsc,bcom,bca,bcs or Universities , aided or nonaided or Private colleges...???
Job satisfaction would be different for these all type of lecturers ~~ what i think...!!
If u r saying about university or aided colleges lecturer then that may be different!!!
I also hv lecturership experience so i am showing more interest in it!!!

Job Satisfaction is a saturated topic in OB.Think from application point of view ,since u r doing a Ph D.U can design your own tool to assess the J S as a 'relative' concept rather than studying through questionnaire, the same old model.
