Hello! You're doing a nice job! But you should decide the scope of the research. Are you referring to lecturers from engineering colleges, management colleges, degree colleges like BSc, BCom, BCA, BCS, or universities, whether aided or non-aided, or private colleges? Job satisfaction may vary for lecturers in these different types of institutions. If you are specifically talking about university or aided college lecturers, the situation might be different. Job satisfaction is a saturated topic in OB. Think from an application point of view since you are doing a Ph.D. You can design your own tool to assess job satisfaction as a 'relative' concept rather than studying through the same old questionnaire model.
