My freind was working in govt. undertaking since 8 yrs. He resinged in July.08 & join privet co. The joining date in pvt. co. was 25/7/08 & releaving dt. from previous organisation was 5/8/08 hence there was lagging period of 10 days. Pl let us know the procedure for transfer of family pension. He has already taken pf.
Is there any legal problem for early joing before releaving. Is the service will be continoued as far as pension calculation is concern or not.
Pl help.
