Understanding Maharashtra's Latest Minimum Wages: What's the Basic and Gross Salary for Pune and Mumbai?

Can anyone give me the latest Maharashtra minimum wages for Pune and Mumbai? I would like to know what the minimum basic salary should be, along with other account heads such as HRA, conveyance, etc., for a new employee. Also, what should be the minimum gross salary as per the rules for a lower-level grade of a peon or a delivery staff.

I have seen one reputed company give basic wages of Rs. 2342/- and also D.A. is Rs. 6000/-. So, is it correct for basic? Please tell me what is the minimum limit for basic as well as DA as per the Act.
