I want to have such an employee calendar that starts with date of joining and it should be formatted in such a way that on putting date of joining the day whn his / her probation will be over, whn his / her appraisal will get due n when will his / her performance will get reviewed?????? all these should come automatically.. n other functions also relating to HR...that should also get covered in that calendar.
