Struggling with Form 10C Claim? Steps to Resolve Your Withdrawal Issue

Can you please help me with Form 10C claim? I have already received the amount from Form 19, but to date, I haven't received the amount from Form 10C. I would like to know what steps I should take to resolve this issue.

Hi,

As per Form 10C - Employees' Pension Scheme 1995, those employees who have completed 10 years of membership cannot opt for withdrawal benefits, and they will be issued a Scheme Certificate.

This Scheme Certificate must be submitted to their new employer for the addition of their past services and for claiming a pension after reaching the age of 58 years on Form 10D.

Employees with less than 10 years of service can choose to avail withdrawal benefits.
