Farewell Party For Graduates

Hi All,
Can anyone suggest me as how to organise a party for graduates.I also be grateful if anyone can suggest me a format to be filled(at the party time) by the students giving their details for further references.

Organize party by calling all Freshers as well, this will help to build strong relationship with your juniors as well.

Organize something creative which can put a parmanent image in the mind and soul of outgoing (new professionals) that bound them to remember thier college.
