I am working on my dissertation and I need to design a 20-question (more or less) questionnaire to analyze the recruitment and selection process at my organization. I need to approach it from two angles:
1. Employees who have gone through the recruitment and selection process and how they perceived it.
2. Managers and those involved in recruiting, how they go through the process when recruiting employees, and how they perceived the process when they went through it.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with ideas or share a questionnaire already used in their organization or for their dissertation.
