Exciting Office Games for Team Building on Annual Day

jp2009
We are having an Annual Day at our office on March 26. Could you all suggest any motivational/team-building/fun games to play? We would like to have 3 hours for games. There are only 12 people in the office.

Hi,

I have a suggestion. Encourage team-building activities like - Bindhi marking, treasure hunt, paper walk, etc. Also, if your team is sportive, play the "kiss the wall game" :)

Thank you.

Hi,

Events could be conducted and planned according to age groups. For example, for middle-aged individuals, brain teasers could be asked, and a one-minute game could be played with quick actions. Incorporating these types of events within your regular functions could make a difference in maintaining employee interest, and they might participate enthusiastically.

For senior profile individuals, consider arranging some cutouts of cartoons or meaningful pictures in a box and instruct them to randomly select and hold four pictures before taking a seat. Once they have chosen their pictures, divide them into 2 to 3 groups or any number of groups you prefer. Then, ask them to create a meaningful story based on the selected samples from the box. This activity should only be revealed after they have chosen their cutouts.

Please share your feedback after implementing or testing these ideas.

Best of luck.

Balloon Walk Race

Carry out between one senior officer and one junior, the balloon will be held between their side waists. It's a good team-building exercise and will be fun.

You can go for a tug of war. It's a wonderful team-building activity in which every participant has to put in equal effort. Always remember, the chain is as strong as its weakest link, so tug of war proves it.

Besides, you can also opt for knot racing, wherein the individuals' legs are tied with their partner's leg, and they have to race together in a team. It is really interesting and effective. Try it!

All the best. Have fun!
