Games To Play In Office, Team Games

jp2009
We are having an Annual Day at our office on March 26. Could you all suggest any motivational / team building / fun games to play. We would have like 3 hours for games. There are only 12 people in the office.

Hi,
Events could be conducted & planned according to Age Group. Say for an example:
For Middle Aged : Brain Teasers could be asked & one minute game could be played with quick actions.
Putting these kind of events in between your regular function would make a difference in respect of holding interest to the employees & the same might be played enthusiastically.
And For Senior Profile People : Arrange some cuttings of cartoon or some meaningful pictures in a box & tell them to pick n hold 4 pictures randomly n take a seat.
After they picked up the same divide these number of people in 2 to 3 groups or number of groups you want them to be into.
Ask them to arrange a meaningful story accordingly on the basis of samples picked up from the box.
This option will be disclosed only after picking up the cuttings.
Please put your feedback after conducting or trying out the same.
All the luck.

You can go for tug of war.. its a wonderful team building activity in which every partcipant has to put in equal efforts.
Always remember!!!! the chain is as strong as its weakest link. so, tug of war prooves it.
Besides you can also opt for knot racing wherein the individuals legs are tied with their partner's leg and they have to race together in a team. it is really interesting and works a lot. Try it!!!!
All the best. Have Fun!!!!
