Seeking Real Salary Hike Percentages in Infrastructure and Consulting for 2010 – Can You Help?

Dear All,

I am in urgent need of some figures related to salary hike this year as we are going through that phase. I want to know the salary hike percentage in Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, and Strategic Consulting sectors for this year. If any one of you is associated with any such firm and has done salary increments this year, kindly provide me the percentage of salary hike because I do not want to go with the survey data which claims only 10.9% maximum hike or so. I want to give a real picture to my management so they will be fair with the employees in terms of increment this year.

I am with an engineering company. It's an MNC - France-based. This year, the average hike percentage in our company is 12%.
