Salary Hike In 2010

Dear All,
I am in urgent need of some figures related to salary hike this year as we are going through that phase.
I want to know the salary hike percentage in Infrastrucure,engineering,construction & strategic consulting sector for this year.
If any one of you are associated with any such firm and have done salary increments this year kindly provide me the %age of salary hike because i do not want to go with the survey data which claims only 10.9% maximum hike or so, and want give real picture to my management so they will be fair with the employees in terms of increment this year.

Its an MNC- France based.
This year the average hike percentage in our company is 12%.
