I have to frame HR policies for my company. Our company is an Leading Animation studios based in Chennai. I recently joined as HR and my duty is to frame HR policies. Kindly help me out.

u may start with attendance policy.
For which, you should know provision of working hours as per factories act.
For every policy you need to be well versed with labour laws.
Have a set of bare act with you and go ahead.

Dear Arun,
You shall check with the attachment given. Again this is for an US company with their kind of taxes and other things specified. You shall ignore those part and shall have a check with the other things.. Anyway All the Best!
