I'm working as a hr executive in one of the manufacturing unit. eventhough we are paying pf contribution regularly we are not getting form23 i.e pf slip what is the procedure to get it and distribute to the employees.

1. You could write a letter to the Commissioner seeking issue of the statement of accounts.
2. You could visit the case worker in the PF office and find out if any of the papers submitted by you is missing or what is the other reason for delay.
3. If all this fails you can submit a memorandum signed by all employees to the Commissioner during the adalat. Check the office for the days in the month when the adalat is held.

I would like to clarify regarding the amount that is displayed in form 23. Is it for that particular financial year or cumulative of the entire contribution period. Also if i am right 8.33% is not shown in the PF slip

you can get PF slip Online by E Sewa you can get PF slip of your all employees there....

EPFO has launched online Member Portal, where each individual employee can download his Member passbook. All the EPF members can now check their monthly PF Balance.
Do not waste your time by drafting letter to PF officials, Just register on the below link and get the epf balance as on date.

Dear All,
Kindly let me know where to download the PF statements. Now I have UAN and I can see only the present company contribution and previously transferred details. Initially, it was possible to download the PF statements individually from MEMBER PORTAL. Now the link points to UAN website. Is there any way to download the PF statement individually for different companies I worked. .
