Struggling to Get PF Slips (Form 23) for Employees? Here's How to Tackle It

kiran_alittleray
I'm working as an HR executive in one of the manufacturing units. Even though we are paying PF contributions regularly, we are not receiving Form 23, i.e., PF slips. What is the procedure to get it and distribute it to the employees?

Thank you.

Hi Kiran,

You could write a letter to the Commissioner seeking the issue of the statement of accounts. You could visit the case worker in the PF office and find out if any of the papers submitted by you are missing or what the other reason for the delay is. If all this fails, you can submit a memorandum signed by all employees to the Commissioner during the adalat. Check the office for the days in the month when the adalat is held.

Not required to write a letter to the Commissioner anymore; now you can get it online. Go online and try to get it, as we all have already received it.

I would like to clarify regarding the amount displayed in Form 23. Is it for that particular financial year or cumulative of the entire contribution period? Also, if I am right, 8.33% is not shown in the PF slip.

You can get the PF slip online through E-Sewa. You can access the PF slip of all your employees there.

Dear All,

Kindly let me know where to download the PF statements. I now have a UAN, and I can only see the current company's contribution and previously transferred details. Initially, it was possible to download the PF statements individually from the MEMBER PORTAL. However, the link now directs to the UAN website. Is there any way to download the PF statement individually for different companies I have worked for?

Thank you.
