We are an ITES Company having branches in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Could anyone tell whether Minimum Wages Act applicable to us ? If so, under what head and what is the minimum wages to be deducted ?

Shall be grateful if copy of minimum wages being paid to DGR security guards/supervisor in non-metro cities be given to me for my reference please.
