Seeking Advice on Enhancing Our Competency Assessment: What Additional Parameters Should We Include?

Dear All,

I am due for a competency assessment for all the levels in the company. We do have the format of the same which consists of parameters like Functional Skills and Soft Skills. I want to know what more parameters can be added in order to implement it. Could you please help me with a well-designed and structured format of competency for all the levels.
