Preparing for UGC-NET? Let's Dive into the Dec 2007 HR Case Study Together

Hi All,

Attached is the UGC-NET's HR's Dec 2007 paper III. Can we please discuss the case study (the paragraph followed by 5 questions), so that all of us who are planning to take up NET exams can prepare?

Let me start:

Q1: I think it's an issue of faulty job analysis (once he is re-hired) which led to employee dissatisfaction and a drop in productivity.

Q2: Suresh displays closed behavior and is not ready to take feedback; however, he is demotivated also.

Please come forward to discuss all the questions. Seniors, your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks for the initiative. But we need to discuss. So keep posting your thoughts, learnings, any useful tips. I guess there is no point in sitting back and waiting for help to arrive.
