Hey guys, can you help me out with a questionnaire on attrition? Please give me a few tips on how to calculate the attrition rate and help me with the questionnaire for sustaining employees in the organization. I would be grateful if you could assist me.

I am conducting research on employee attrition at Paradeep Phosphates Ltd. Please assist me with relevant materials and a questionnaire to proceed with the aforementioned research.

Have you done any literature survey and formed your aim and objectives for the research? You also need a conceptual framework for that. Have you any hypotheses to test? If so, could you please state that so that you can get a focused answer.

If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question. Please search CiteHr and find my post on Research Methodology (PPT slides attached).
