Understanding Salary Structure

Actually, there is no fixed structure as per the government norms. All companies have their own structure according to their suitability. There is no percentage of basic and other components. Only minimum wages should be considered for the statutory requirement. Never be confused.

The salary breakup should be compiled as per the law (IT Act, minimum wages according to state government structure). That's all. Other components are based on their company norms. However, the basic salary and DA should not be less than 50% of the gross salary.
