I am designing a 360-degree feedback tool that could be used, once completed, to assess the soft skills of employees. I would like to make it as versatile as possible with the help of forum members.
In this regard, I need help from forum members to help me design the tool. I need some specific dimensions that are considered essential for middle-level managers to move into better roles/responsibilities and for top-level managers to be successful.
Once the tool is ready, I will upload it online so that you can take part in the 360 feedback process as a participant. You will be asked to add your raters to evaluate you on these dimensions/statements.
I could jot down the following few dimensions. Please provide some feedback and suggestions.
1. Self Awareness
2. Communication Skills
3. Team Spirit
4. Assertiveness
5. Problem-Solving Skills
It would be great if you could provide me with the statements (under each dimension) on the basis of which the assessment will be carried out.
E.g. Problem Solving & Decision Making:
1. The person you are evaluating exercises sound judgment on complex issues across a diverse environment in a continuously changing scenario.
