Can you share the JDs of HR generalist in an organization where there is no functional HR deptt existing? I am the person looking after recruitment and training part for some time to fill up the organizational requirement, but I'm not from HR domain. Now, as we wish to have HR deptt to be functional, we are going to appoint HR executives very soon. It would be a great help to me if the process of establishing such a deptt is also narrated to me by seniors.
