Could someone please share details on various tax-friendly components? We need to restructure our salary package and want to incorporate tax-friendly components.

The following are the limits for exemption in income tax for salaried persons:

- Conveyance Allowance: ₹800 per month, ₹9600 per annum
- HRA: 40% of Basic Salary in non-metro cities, 50% of basic in metro cities (Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi)
- Medical Reimbursement: ₹1250 per month, ₹15000 per annum
- PF: 12%
- Child Education Allowance: ₹200 per month, ₹2400 per annum
- Medical insurance for hospitalization up to ₹15000
- LTA: Tax exempted once in 2 years.
