Your comments about the quantum of Gratuity is not correct, because you have mentioned as 15 days salary for every completed year of service. There is a formula for calculating gratuity is as follows:
Last drawn monthly salary divided by 26 * 15 * no of years of service . If u are using the formula for calculation it will come more than 15 days salary.
