It would be better if you had mentioned the relevant Assessment Year (AY) or Financial Year (FY). The rates I had loaded before are relevant for the FY 2009-2010 - AY 2010-2011. These are the proposed rates in the budget in the Finance Bill for FY 2010-2011 - AY 2011-2012, which have not yet been approved.
