Can anybody give me some cool links or doc material from where i can get complete practical knowledge about ESIC and PF rules and procedures used in companies.
I ll appreciate if someone can give me doc/excel with examples.

Actually I need something which gives me complete knowledge about these rules.
e.g: applicability of rules, How to calculate, rules applicable in North India/ whole India, how to submit and where to submit and when to submit etc.
rules in manufacturing as well as in service industries.
I mean everything you know about ESIC & PF rules and which is enough to handle the work related to these rules in industries.
