Dear All, If we conducted a training & at last we want to make a training summary then how to we make the training summary could anyone send me some sample for training summary.

Actually i need a training summary format .
after finish a training we make a traning summary.i dnt have an idea that how make the training summary.

There is no single coat that fits all alike.
However, consider including-----
 A background note on the context and PURPOSE of the program
and
what expectations one should NOT HAVE from it,
 program content outline , methodology, length, venue + TRAINER PROFILE
{ WHAT, WHY, WHEN, WHO, WHERE, HOW }
 general observations
(made during the pgm,)
 name-by-name report on participants
(including possible POA fr improvement),
 A plan for followup action &/or
post-assessment &/or how the imact of the intervention is to be evaluated
& WHO DOES IT, WHEN,
 any other learning pgms you recommend for that batch,
 copies of / quotes from / analysis of
feedback forms participants have filled in [ A MUST ]
and a
 final summary
