Moving Up to Admin Manager: What Skills and Responsibilities Should I Focus On?

Hi, I am currently working as a Senior Executive Admin. Below are my current responsibilities:

1) Housekeeping
2) Liaisoning with Government Offices
3) Stock & Stationery
4) Office Maintenance
5) Vendors
6) Handling Events like office picnic, Annual day celebrations, Guests
7) Hotel booking/Air-Road-Train Bookings
8) Setting up new offices/Guest Houses
9) Coordinating with Architects if any Office Interiors changes need to be done
10) Canteen Hygiene
11) Maintenance of Office cars/Booking of vehicles
12) AMC

As I am planning to move up to the level of Assistant Admin Manager/Admin Manager, what additional qualities/responsibilities should I possess? I need your valuable suggestions.

Yeah, you will need to concentrate more on the statutory bodies. In addition, you will need to know more about safety and security measures. There are a number of sites that will help you educate yourself on these measures.
