Is there anyone who can provide me with the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, and Rules, 1948? Our company has 14 employees, and we are engaged in operations related to spare parts warranty and motherboard repair in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I would like to know if our company falls under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, or the Small Enterprises (Employment Relations) Act, 2002.
