Applicability Of Licence For Contract Labor Act In Andhra Pradesh

I run a security agency and deploy manpower at various sites that are interested in availing our services. What I want to know: What is the minimum number of people to be employed at a particular worksite for taking of labor licence. I have been informed by various sources that it is more than 5. I want a clarification whether it is a) 5 and more than 5, b) More than 5.

Minimum number for taking Licence is 20 or more as per The Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970

As per AP Contract Labour Act, applicability of Contact Labour Licence for minimum 50 and above only. Less than 50 employees not applicable.
