Is Bombay Shop & Estb Act Need For IT Company ?

Hi Folks,
My company is in Pune, Maharashtra, I would like to know if it is statutory to register the company under Bombay Shop & Estb Act as we are IT Service provider company.
Is there any other separate IT Act under which we need to register? what are the procedures for the same?
Please help, something very important..

Hi Anuraadha
The IT and ITES companies are till now being registered under the shops and establishment act is all the states. So it is mandatory to register your company under Bombay Shops and Establishment Act.

I have a query, Company A Purchases conmpany B, company A needs to fill in formalites under bombay shops & establishment for updating the changes done. Can anyone help me out .
