Please shed light on statutory compliances. I have recently joined a manufacturing concern (OEM) as Assistant Manager - Corporate HR. In this company, there is no systemized process and procedures. Please also suggest what could be the impact on companies that do not follow such compliances.
Could you also provide me with ideas about essential statutory compliances to be implemented here, as I have no prior knowledge about statutory compliances?
