Essential Statutory Compliances To Be Implemented - DOC Download

Dear All
Please throw light on statutory compliances.I have joined a manufacturing concern(OEM) recently as Assistant Manager - Corporate HR.
In this company there is no systemized process & procedures.
Please also suggest what could be the afffect on companies who do not follow such compliances.
Please give me idea about essential statutory compliances to be implemented here as I have no idea about statutory compliances.

Attached find herewith the list of Statutory Compliances to be carried out.
Affect of non compliance never dream about it. It is very wrong and illegal, if you are authorised person you can end up in great trouble.
Also start educating your self on Statutory Compliance as is very very very essential if you want to continue in this field.
May I ask what company you are? And your experience in this field?

so i want to know the PF wage limit both upper and lower limit and also can you please tell me the statutory compliances applicable for PHARMA COMPANIES

Dear Shalini
You need to complete all compliances like
PF / ESI / Professional Tax / Property Tax / Income Tax / Electricity / Factory License or Shops & Establishment License / Labour License etc. all Statutaries are must.
If not resigered by your organisation, you need to complete all basic licenses and keep a track of the concerned reports like monthly payments / returns , 1/2 Year Rerturns and Annual Returns etc.
Otherwise it will be problem with Govt. Departments tomorrow
