How Can I Study Labour Law Without Quitting My Job? Seeking Advice on Courses and Institutes

This is Pradeep. I'm working in a Labour law consultancy for more than a year. I have an MBA degree. Now, I want to pursue a course related to Labour law. Can anybody advise me or suggest good institutes? I don't want to leave my job. Please help me with what I should do first.
