Hi there i am a final year student doing thesis on the Topic call Impact of Training and Development towards the Job Performance of the employees in the company a newspaper publication company
The objectives of the thesis are as per below:
a) To identify the types of training and development currently being used by The company to improve its employee job performance.
b) To identify the relationship between training and development and employee knowledge in The company
c) To identify the relationship between training and development and employee skills in The company.
d) To identify the relationship between training and development and employee behaviors in The company

Have you conducted a literature survey? If you conduct one using Google you will come across scholary articles and you can see how others have done in other industries if not in the same industry as yours.
