How Do You Calculate Monthly Conveyance for Personal or Company Vehicles?

Could someone please send me a format for calculating monthly conveyance for staff who use their own or company vehicles (2/3/4 Wheelers)?

In our company, for official tours, we pay:
- For Car: Rs. 6/km (Subject to Car Eligibility & prior approval by HoD/GM)
- For 2 Wheeler: Rs. 2.5/km (Subject to Car Eligibility & prior approval by HoD/GM)
