Struggling with Writing the Introduction for My Motivation Research in Service Industry? Need Advice!

I plan to do research regarding motivation in the service industry. However, the introduction will be a bit confusing because there are a lot of subtitles, including the rationale of the study, the need for the study, the scope of the study, and the summary. All those subtitles also seem quite similar to me, so I have no idea how to proceed. Can anyone give me some suggestions? My body will introduce the history of motivation, the definition of motivation, and the content and process theory of motivation. I have already completed my body; it's just the introduction chapter that is dragging me down. Your assistance and help are fully appreciated.
