Organisational Hierarchy In Travel Portal

Hi,
My company is redesigning our travel and tourism division. So I need to define the Organizational Hierarchies for that. Basically we have our Travel and Tourism solution online portal. The major departments in it are: Ticketing, Hotel Booking, Holiday Packages, Travel Desk and Travel Partners. Can anyone from the similar field help me out in this regards
