Minimum Wages Pdf Download

Minimum wages are decided for states. If a company has offices in different states and having registered office in delhi , which minimum wage will be applicable. Will it be of Delhi or it will be of specific states where we have office or where my employee is located.

As we are on this subject, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help me to know how to calculate and get the details for minimum wages for the following states :
Delhi
Bangalore
Mumbai
gaziyabad
Chennia
Indore
Ours is a freight forward and logistic company, having head office at Mumbai

Hi Ujjvala,
As far as I know there is no standard way of calculating minimum wages for different States. Minimum wages are something which are fixed by respective State Govt's of different States while keeping in view the guidelines of Minimum Wages Act 1948. It would be better if you check the State Govt's bulletin for Wages for those different States you have mentioned. That might be of some help.
