Hr & Pr

Is the work and the responsibilities of HR & that of PR same? If not then some body could elaborate on this topic. Eagerly waiting for the replies.

I think you have to know the full form of HR and PR and then you would have understood the difference immediately
HR = Human Resources
PR = Public Relations
HR is concerned with the management of human resources, that is your workers/ employees.
PR is concerned with the image building of a corporate and includes media mangement.
Trust the difference is clear.

An HR person has to be a Excellent communicator and Interpreter with good interpersonal skills which is a must for PR too so sum cos do advertise to handle both the jobs.i hope its clear now.
