this is approved by EsI corporation and now bill will be paseed by loksabha and rajya sabha than it will go to president for signature.
after prsident signature only notification will be issued.

With effect from 1st May 2010,the ESI Wage ceiling limit was increased from Rs. 10,000 to Rs.15,000. For your information the GO from the ministry of Labour.
