Dear All,
Please advise me...
I was working for a telecom software company for 2 years as a Manager Admin/HR. I was forced to resign on 18th January by the management since they thought they needed a more experienced manager. However, they paid me the 2 months' salary in advance and have asked me to apply for the provident fund amount after 2 months. The person who asked me to resign was the company's authorized signatory and not my reporting head since he sits in the US. The authorized signatory was giving me the experience and relieving letter with his signatures; he had printed the matter on an A4 size paper, with our company logo also on it, but all in black and white and not on a company letterhead. I refused to take it and asked him to give me the originals with the signatures of my reporting head. He said fine. I waited for the letters for almost a month and when the reporting head came from the US last week, he also printed the letter on an A4 size paper with his signatures in black ink, which looks like a xerox copy. The A4 size paper has our company logo on top, the company's registered office address at the bottom, but no phone number, website, or the operating office address on the paper. I need the letters printed on a letterhead and do not want to accept them like this.
We have ample letterheads in the company, and we always have given employees all the related documents on the letterheads and not like this on an A4 size paper. Please let me know what steps I should take to get these letters since they are important for my career.
