Esi Salary Components

Hello
I want to know, that ESI limit is 10000 (Gross) above 10000 salary ESI not applicable. There is guide lines by ESI stating washing allowa, transport allowa etc are not ESI wages. My question to all is lets say my salary break up is
BASIC 6701
HRA 2000
CONVEYA 800
WASHIN 500
______________
10001
Whether i will be out of ESI coverage or not. Because as per above statement washing & transport not applicable. Then my gross comes to 8701/-.

ESI ceiling limit is Rs. 10,000/-, hence ESI is not Applicable.Employees drawing Wages upto Rs. 10,000/- Per month (excluding overtime remuneration) are entitled for ESI benefits.

Hi,
As per ESIC act any amount paid to the employee with less than 60 days gap will attract ESIC.If employee gross salary is 10001 then he will not covered under ESIC.However ESIC slab is going to be increased from 10000 to 15000.But effective date is yet to be notify.

Please send what are the componant is applicable for esi deduction. Kindly send the answer immediately for deducting esi.
Any other income other than salary like incentive, sales incentive are not perment income, based on their performance only. This amount variable in everymonth. This amount also included in esi wage.
Please clarify the same.

Basic+DA+ALL OTHER ALLOWANCES(EXCEPT WASHING ALLOWANCE) +OVERTIME ALLOWANCES
