1. Research proved repeatedly that "compensation & Benefits" is the key lever of employee satisfaction, and conveniently missed in the presentation.
2. Leadership is an enabler, not employee satisfaction lever per se. It provides invigorating work environment, strategizes for employee loyalty, makes acceptable policies, encourages innovation etc
3. Training and career growth not covered
4. Infrastructure is also an important factor for employee satisfaction
