How Can We Support Employees Working Long-Term in Remote Areas with Limited Facilities?

ceo_sanju
Dear All,

I work for an infrastructure company, and we require our employees to be on-site for 12 to 24 months, depending on the duration of projects. The projects are in rural places such as Barbil, Chandrapur, Sonaidh, near Jamshedpur, and other locations.

I am seeking guidance on preparing a Site Policy or determining the allowance that needs to be provided for employees who stay away from their families in rural areas with limited facilities like transportation, shopping malls, theaters, hotels, etc.

What can we offer to ensure their satisfaction and contentment while working in such remote areas for at least a year? To those who have taken the time to read the above, I kindly request your suggestions or policies, if any.

Regards,
Sanjay

Dear All,

Looking for a response!

We are looking to hire Site Engineers, Project Engineers, B.Tech, and Diploma holders for site positions. I would like to list the benefits we can provide, including site allowance, accommodation, transportation, phone, etc.

These are just a few benefits I have mentioned. I kindly request all of you to review and provide any valuable suggestions.

Regards,
Sanjay
