The situation arises because currently I m working with a colleague
Who calculate amount of a/c no.21on PF wages which is wrong from my view point please provide your valuable feed back

Dear sir/madam, I have a doubt regarding the esi applicability. Does ESI scheme is applicable to a family member who already covered under the same scheme by any one of the spouse. Is it neccessary even for the second person?

Yes boss this is mandatory to contribute by second person also.
because ESIC is facilities who covered every eligible individual and
every covered person lible to pay the contribution.
