Curious About 360-Degree Appraisals? How Can They Be Implemented in Non-Profits?

Hi,

I'm Vanita, working with a non-profit organization. I want to know what a 360-degree appraisal is and how it can be carried out in the organization.

It would be nice if somebody could help me with the 360-degree appraisal form.

Hi Vanita,

360-degree appraisals involve the appraisee receiving feedback from people (named or anonymous) whose views are considered helpful and relevant. The feedback is typically provided on a form showing job skills, abilities, attitudinal, and behavioral criteria, along with some sort of scoring or value judgment system. The appraisee should also assess themselves using the same feedback instrument or form.

360-degree respondents can be the appraisee's peers, up-line managers/execs, subordinate staff, team members, other staff, customers, suppliers - anyone who comes into contact with the appraisee and has opinions, views, or reactions of and to the appraisee. Kindly find the appraisal form for your reference; it may give you a crystal-clear view.

Regards,
Rahul S

Hi Vanita,
360 degree Appraisal Form.
It's a process where the appraiser seeks feedback from everyone who has worked with the appraisee, the peers and the members of the team.
Rgds,
Anu
