Formulated Salary Structure Calculator

Hi,
Is this sheet prepared according to the minimum wages of every state of India. Like in Punjab, Haryana & Chandigarh we have to keep the basic salary as minimum wage (Whichever category the candidate will come Skilled, Highly Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Un-Skilled). Please confirm.
Also, how do we know that the PT is calculated in the stated where it is applicable only.

Dear Sir
Your salary calculator is excellent for use.Today i starts using it. But i have a doubt in it. In attendance this month(March-2019) date is not correct.it starts with 1 date as Monday so how to change it,even i changed in the first sheet as year 2019.
Please guide me.
