I want to know about Payroll so please tell me brief information about Payroll?

Greetings for the day!!!
pls check the below mentioned percentages for designing salary structure:
Basic = 50% of the salary in metro cities & 40% in non metro cities
HRA = 50% of the Basic salary
Conveyance = 800 per month
Medical Alloawance = 1250 per month
Education = It is based on employee grade
Performance commission = to balance off the gross
you can put Special allowance in your salary structure
and pf goes optional if your basic salary is equal to or more than 6500/- then its on the discreation of company to deduct the pf or not as pf contribution includes equal part from company side.

I am working in one of the infrastructure company,presently i am lookingafter entire payrolls of various sites in my company.But i am not satisfying this work,so anybody can give me oppurtunity,i will utilise my ideas and exposers about Payrolls and as well as HR related issues

No, for Non Metro Cities HRA = 40% of basic salary &
for Metro Cities HRA = 50% of basic salary, right?
Correct me if I'm wrong...

Basic+DA could by any thing.......
HRa will be 50% in metro cities & 40% in non metro cities...
so con conveyance 7 medical allowance will be as per employer wants to pay..........
