Food Coupons Are To Be Taxed 30%

I'm Savitri. New member of this site. For the past 10 days, I'm going thru all the topics in this cite. Its really helpful.
Can someone clarify my doubt please?
Food Coupons are to be taxed 30%! some says its tax free.for both the employer and the employee.

Its not taxable for the employee. However for the employer its 10%.

As far as I know, the food coupons are considered in option of the canteen facility and as such it remains out of the bounds of the FBT.
As such it is a non taxable Item... Not by employer or employee
