Apart from interest in reading and analysis, good academic record, flair for data analysis and intrepretation, language abilities (English written and spoken) and computer skills are required. Willingness to travel, ability to develop questionneires, interview key people, write draft reports and make presentations are other skills required.
There is one requirement for Raipur, for which the candidate should be fluent in Hindi. Other positions are Ahmedabad based.

Apart from interest in reading and analysis, good academic record, flair for data analysis and intrepretation, language abilities (English written and spoken) and computer skills are required. Willingness to travel, ability to develop questionneires, interview key people, write draft reports and make presentations are other skills required.

Assignments are in the domains of SHRM, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Reward Systems and Leadership Development. One of our projects is Salary Survey India, Online Wage Survey, Salary Survey by Paycheck India - which is part of an international initiative.

After completion of projects, suitable candidates can expect facilitation of their placement with firms.
